Docu-Hub Operations Services is a clerical agency. We are not attorneys, legal advisors, or certified tax consultants. Our services are strictly limited to document preparation, formatting, and agency submission based on the information you provide. We do not offer legal opinions.
1. Scope of Service
Services are limited to clerical assistance, data entry, payment remittance (Agency), and technical guidance. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.
2. Fees and Payments
- Professional Fees: These cover our time and expertise and are non-refundable once the service has commenced (e.g., application drafted).
- Statutory Fees: Funds collected for government payments (Taxes, RGD Fees) are held in a designated client account. These are remitted directly to the relevant authority.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Client agrees that the Agent’s maximum liability for any administrative error, clerical mistake, or omission shall be strictly capped at the total professional service fee paid to Docu-Hub Operations Services for that specific transaction.
The Agent is not liable for consequential damages, government penalties, or delays caused by government system outages (e.g., Tax Office network down).
4. Accuracy Warranty (AML Protocol)
The Client warrants that all documents provided (Birth Certificates, IDs, Titles) are authentic. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund if fraudulent documents are detected, in compliance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) protocols.
