Docu-Hub Operations Services is a registered entity operating within the jurisdiction of Jamaica. We function under a dual-division model: as an administrative logistics firm providing specialized support for governmental processes, and as a digital technology studio provisioning Near Field Communication (NFC) hardware and hosting solutions.
In strict accordance with the Legal Profession Act, Docu-Hub Operations Services is not a law firm, and its agents are not attorneys-at-law. Furthermore, regarding our technology division, Docu-Hub is not a healthcare provider or medical agency.
Our role is exclusively limited to clerical assistance, document formatting, acting as an administrative liaison with civil registries, and operating as a third-party technology manufacturer and host for digital profiles.
Regarding our administrative division, we are recognized as a Designated Non-Financial Business or Profession (DNFBP) under the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) and the Terrorism Prevention Act. We operate under the oversight of relevant competent authorities and maintain robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) protocols.
Pursuant to the Jamaica Data Protection Act (JDPA), we serve as a data controller. Highly sensitive administrative documents are stored in encrypted silos strictly for the fulfillment of government applications. Conversely, public-facing digital assets (such as digital menus or memorial galleries) are hosted on secure, separate servers based entirely on voluntary client authorization.
