While Docu-Hub ensures flawless execution during file delivery and collection runs, we hold no liability for systemic government software crashes, paper ledger lookup backlogs, or unexpected agency operational adjustments. Retaining our proxy calendar confirms your understanding that government execution timelines remain outside our mechanical control.
4. Shipment Execution Release
Upon delivering uncompromised tracking documents to global courier channels (DHL), liability over delivery transit delays shifts entirely to the international carrier infrastructure. Docu-Hub tracks files dynamically until delivery, but is not liable for border or customs entry holds.
