Required Checklist:

• Current Passport: Must be submitted with the application.
• 2x2 Inch Photo: One (1) physical photo. White background. No glasses.
• DS-82 Form: We will fill this out for you digitally and print it for your signature.
• Fee Payment: Payable via Pay.gov (Credit Card). We generate the receipt for the packet.
