Preamble

By engaging with Docu-Hub Operations Services ("The Agency") for creative commissions or concierge logistics, you ("The Client") agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement regulating the processing of government documents and the curation of bespoke prints.

1. Scope of Services & Identity

1.1 No Government Affiliation: Docu-Hub Operations Services is a private administrative logistics firm and design studio. We are not an extension of the Passport, Immigration & Citizenship Agency (PICA), Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ), or any other government department.

1.2 Authorized Proxy: For Concierge Logistics, engaging our services appoints Docu-Hub as your "Authorized Bearer" or "Proxy" to navigate bureaucracy and transact business with government bodies exclusively on your behalf.

1.3 Curation Studio: Under our Keepsakes division, Docu-Hub acts as an independent design studio curating custom physical prints and memorial layouts based on client instructions.

2. Fees & Financial Policy

2.1 Administrative Service Fees: For Concierge Logistics, our Service Fee compensates the Agency for professional time, pre-submission audits, and logistical execution (e.g., waiting in lines at TAJ). This fee is strictly non-refundable once our administrative processes have commenced.

2.2 Keepsakes & Custom Designs: Purchases of custom-printed invitations, memorial booklets, and tribute cards are final. Because these physical products are uniquely printed with client-specific data and photography, we cannot issue refunds once printing production begins.

2.3 Statutory/Government Fees: Statutory fees (e.g., eMVRC renewal costs) are collected as "Client Funds" and paid directly to the relevant government agency. Docu-Hub bears no liability for government funds withheld due to rejected applications.

3. Client Obligations & Warranties

3.1 Application Accuracy: The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of all biographic and vehicle information provided via our intake procedures. Docu-Hub is not liable for government rejections caused by incorrect or omitted legal information.

3.2 Curation Content: For Keepsakes and Memorials, the Client warrants they have the legal right to use all provided photographs, family histories, and text. Docu-Hub is not liable for copyright infringement claims arising from client-supplied curatorial materials.

3.3 Proof Approval: For bespoke printing, the Client will be provided a digital proof. Once the proof is approved by the Client, Docu-Hub is not responsible for typos, layout errors, or omissions discovered in the final physical print.

Docu-Hub Operations Services shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from factors outside our direct control, including but not limited to:

• Government Delays: System outages, backlogs, or slow processing times by issuing authorities (e.g., TAJ systems being offline).
• Courier Delays: Delays caused by third-party delivery services when returning finalized documents or delivering physical keepsakes.
• Print Variations: Slight variations in color calibration between digital proofs viewed on mobile devices and the final ink applied to physical stationery.
• Acts of God: Hurricanes, strikes, extreme weather events, or national emergencies preventing the execution of logistics.
